Anke Röbke

During her studies at the universities of Trier and Münster and during her professional training in Oldenburg, Ms Röbke (born 1965) completed several short-term periods working abroad (1985: Bankhaus Kleinwort, Benson Ltd, London, 1987: law firm Morris & McVeigh, New York, 1992: law firm Stikeman, Elliott, Montreal). She has been a lawyer in the KDK since her qualification in January 1993 and has been a partner since 2001.
Besides corporate law briefs, Ms Röbke also manages briefs in other fields, among them commercial law (including the formulation of standard terms and conditions and the settlement steps of e-commerce transactions) and competition law including the related area of protection of industrial property (in particular trademark law) and antitrust law. Ms Röbke is also pleased to assist in matters relating to inheritance law and property succession . Moreover, she is also your contact person - besides Mr Korte and Mr Hülzer - for issues with a link to English-speaking countries.
Privately, Ms. Röbke is first and foremost the mother of two lively children. In addition, she carries out pro bono work as guardian.
