The latter often consult us in the case of incorrect advice by credit institutes, particularly due to "unlucky" investment recommendations, asset management or lendings. Credit institutes on the other hand consult us on issues relating to standard terms and conditions, loan securities and in particular the contractual formulation of special requirements for individual major projects.
