Your wishes and goals or your worries are our frame of reference, and the basis on which we work together with you in creative and interdisciplinary collaboration to produce customised solutions - not without also pointing out alternative approaches which you may not have considered.

We are creative not only in our search for the ideal structure or tactic for you, but also in the subsequent careful preparation of contracts, expert reports and legal pleadings. The interdisciplinary aspect refers both to the bundling of our own specialist knowledge and to the involvement of external experts, not least your own trusted advisors. We do not consider ourselves in competition with your own tax advisor, but rather set great store by constructive and open collaboration for your benefit.

We are competent in our specialist areas. Should your issue touch on areas of law or specialist fields in which we have limited experience, we will inform you of this and recommend a specialist known to us or request such a specialist to work with us.
