- Qualified Financial Administrator
After training in the higher echelons of the tax authorities of the Federal State of Lower Saxony, Mr Dierkes (born 1939) remained there until 1974, where his post upon leaving was that of government tax auditor at the office responsible for the auditing of large-scale enterprises. Mr Dierkes qualified as tax advisor in 1987.
Mr Dierkes applies his profound knowledge of taxation law not only to briefs involving general taxation law , the spectrum of his activities extends to corporate taxation law, the supervision of external tax audits and the conduct of extra-judicial and court appeals up to the level of the Federal Fiscal Court in matters relating to customs law and commercially-oriented fiscal reorganisation advice . In addition, Mr Dierkes can give you the benefit of his knowledge and experience in your plans for corporate restructuring or the regulation of corporate succession.
In his free time, despite a family with four, now grown-up, children, Mr Dierkes always found and indeed still finds time for intense political activity; over five legislative periods up to 1998 as a representative in the regional parliament of the Lower Saxony, and also as a member of committees including the CDU’s Oldenburg Regional Board and the Business Council of the CDU. In addition, he passes on his knowledge as private lecturer in a vocational academy.
