In the context of the legal and fiscal management of wind park projects - including international ones - and of other investment property, we regularly formulate or examine prepared partnership agreements and all the other contracts required for the implementation and completion of a particular project. In addition, we accompany the project in all issues of development, structuring and optimisation. Often we are already involved in the contractual negotiations at the start of the planning stage. In the implementation of international wind park projects, as the basis for further planning we work out the legal and financial conditions in each of the relevant countries, in particular the fiscal effects in conjunction with German taxation law. Besides numerous wind parks - offshore too- we have also provided legal and financial advice for bio-gas plants, biomass power stations, solar projects and property investment trusts.

In addition, we also specialise in the defence and filing of claims relating to prospectus liability and defect liability against the manufacturers of plants. And we advise on contractual negotiations for the conclusion of long-term full-maintenance agreements, etc.
