Law relating to economic offences

Our economic law focus also encompasses the area of the law relating to economic offences. One main focus here is the law relating to taxation offences, in the case of which we will support you during negotiations with the investigative authorities, but also in the context of criminal proceedings before the courts. In addition, we will represent you if you are under investigation for insolvency offences (bankruptcy, violation of accounting duties) or other company-related violations of duty or if charges are brought against you.
