Anyone who has built a house already or has been involved in a building project in any way - regardless of its size - will know: there are always problems with building. So before construction starts, one of the most important tasks for all those concerned is to conclude a legally flawless and balanced building contract which takes account of all the relevant points (e. g. prime contractor contract), so that the relationship of trust between the parties is not undermined at this early stage. Whether you are involved in the project as the person placing the building order, the building contractor or the architect, we will be happy to advise you in the formulation or examination of such contracts. We will of course also be at your service during the actual building process, e. g. for acceptance of building performances completed, in case of queries relating to issues of liability or remuneration and with regard to all non-fulfilment, no matter from whose viewpoint these arise. In addition, in the case of dispute we also act for those involved in building projects in the context of pre-procedural investigations, that means, among other things, assessment of the chances of success in a legal dispute. In this respect, bearing in mind the long-winded nature of court building disputes, we place particular emphasis on achieving an out of-court settlement acceptable to you. Should this not be possible, we will act for you both in pre-procedural securing of evidence and temporary injunction proceedings as well as in the court enforcement of claims in building matters.
